Gangtok: On April 10, 2023, former Chief Minister Pawan Kumar Chamling and Leader of the House Prem Singh Golay got into a verbal altercation during a special assembly in Sikkim over the discussion of Clause 4 and 5’s addition to the IT Exemption passed by the Finance Bill in Lok Sabha.
